LTO REVOKES LICENSE OF ABUSIVE GRAB DRIVER

The Land Transportation Office (LTO) today said that it has revoked the Professional drivers license of a Grab driver for inappropriate actions neighboring-door to a female passenger though aboard the vehicle.

LTO National Capital Region (NCR) West Regional Director and concurrent Acting Director for Law Enforcement Service (LES) Atty. Clarence Chuck V. Guinto recommended the revocation of Mr. Anselmo B. Benigno's drivers license through a Resolution.

LTO Assistant Secretary Edgar C. Galvante certified the mention yesterday, 22 August 2019.

According to RD Guinto, the LTO found Benignos unacceptable behaviour tantamount to acts of an gross person to achievement a motor vehicle, pursuant to Section 27 (a) of R.A. 4136, or the Land Transportation and Traffic Code.
